These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Landscape Care LV website (the "Site") and the services we provide. By using the Site or requesting services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Our services

Landscape Care LV provides paver installation, concrete installation, and irrigation installation and repair in Las Vegas and the surrounding Las Vegas Valley. The Site provides general information about these services and a way to request a free estimate.

Estimates & quotes

Information on the Site is for general purposes and is not a binding offer or guarantee of price. Estimates are free and provided after we review your project. Any pricing, scope of work, materials, and timeline become binding only when set out in a written agreement or quote signed or approved by both you and Landscape Care LV. Estimates may expire or be revised if site conditions, scope, or material costs change.

Scheduling, changes & cancellations

We'll work with you to schedule your project. Timelines are estimates and can be affected by weather, permitting, material availability, and site conditions. Changes to scope after work begins may affect price and schedule. Cancellation terms, if any, will be described in your written agreement.

Payment

Payment terms, deposits, and amounts are set out in your estimate or written agreement and are due as stated there. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable upon completion.

Workmanship & warranties

Any warranty on our work or on materials is as described in your written agreement. Except as expressly stated there or required by law, services and materials are provided without other warranties. Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are provided by the manufacturer.

Website disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We strive for accuracy but don't guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Landscape Care LV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Liability relating to services we perform is governed by your written agreement.

Intellectual property

The Site's content, design, logos, and text are owned by Landscape Care LV or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
